Originally from Nigeria, I enrolled in University of Ibadan's College of Medicine when I was 16 and moved to the United States at 18. I earned a bachelor’s in biology from Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis and went on to Binghamton University, where I completed a master’s degree and a PhD in behavioral neuroscience.
My postdoctoral fellowship took place at UB’s Research Institute on Addictions. I will earn my MD in spring 2023 from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and am soon embarking on residency.
My wife, Ifeoluwa, and I live in Western New York with our sons, King David and Hallelujah.
